This multi-storey hotel building named Double Tree by Hilton has a total site extent of 3,390 sqm. The 2 basement floors provide parking spaces for 73 cars and spaces for hotel and kitchen utility units. The reception lobby, conference hall, multi-purpose hall and other service units function on the ground floor. The mezzanine floor has offices, restaurant, ablutions, lockers, gymnasium and other utility units. It will be located in Doha’s main commercial and retail district. The 145 rooms include 15 suites and features facilities such as a health club, an outdoor pool, two restaurants, one of which will be specialty, a lobby lounge and a bar. The hotel will also feature two boardrooms, four meeting rooms and a business center.

Mosque At Al Dafna Area

The Client, Ministry of Awqaf, requires the services of a competent and qualified Contractor to carry out the Works for the construction of a prototype Mosque in the State of Qatar, and here comes our role.

The Project shall be built on total plot area of 5321.18 m² and already consists of a Mosque building that houses Main Prayer Hall, Daily Prayer Hall, Men Ablution + Toilets, Women Prayer Hall, Women Ablution & Toilets, Da’awa Centre + (Pantry & Toilet) in the Ground Floor. In addition. We have over 65 parking spaces in the Basement Floor as well as 2 Handicap Slots at the Ground Floor Level. The Total Capacity Of The Mosque Shall Be 2120 Persons Divided As Main Prayer Hall Capacity Is 1600 Persons, Daily Prayer Hall Capacity Is 290 Persons & Women Prayer Hall Capacity Is 230 Persons. The Project shall house also a (G+1) Separate Building for IMAM & MUAZZINE RESIDENCE and an Ancillary Building as well as Basement Access Stairs & Ramps.

This residential tower with a total built-up area of 60,525 sqm. The tower has standard, executive, deluxe, and super deluxe apartments with amenities including fitness center, swimming pool and state of art facilities for leisure & pleasure of the residents. The tower has aluminum cladding panels, curtain walling and apartment balconies, with inclined glazing and precast concrete roof elements at varying heights.

(B+G+10) Office Building

This 6,510 Sqm project at Al Salata Area – Doha consists of a single office building with basement, ground floor and 10 floors, with parapet top approximately 49 meters above ground level. The building has stone cladding panels and curtain walling, with inclined segmented glazing & roof. There are south and west entrances to the ground floor lobby. The basement is a reserved car parking (14 cars) and mechanical works. The ground floor consists of office lobbies, service core and parking area for 7 cars. The 1st to 10th level is allocated with office spaces and service core. The top roof is open type. The tower contains the full height shafts for 3 elevators. The scope consists of civil works such as commercial building, substation, control room, technical room and external works such as car parks, driveway and paved areas. The work also includes MEP works, power supply, ventilation and plumbing and irrigation installations.
