The steel warehouses located in Al Shahaniya are constructed using Zamil preengineered building structures. The steel warehouse consists of 8 Buildings (6+2). Six buildings are clear span type with width (m)20m out to out of steel line. The length and height of these are 40m out to out of Steel line and 5m respectively. The roof panel of the Building is 40mm core thick-outer layer off white corrugated sandwich panel & inner layer white RAL 9003. The Wall Panel of the 6 buildings are 60mm core thick-outer layer off-white flat sandwich panel & inner layer signal white RAL 9003. The 2 buildings are clear span type with width (m) 32m and length 42m out to out of steel line. The Warehouse is made more spacious, useful and secured with latest technology MEP systems.

Broaster Restaurant project is located in the 3rd floor of City Center West Food Court. The Work includes HVAC ductwork with associated fittings and internal duct work hangers and supports to gather with the installation and wall tiles. The Restaurant Ceiling is Fire proofed Powder Coated aluminium Steel Clip – in tile on clip profile. The Floor is Water Proofed and installed with A grade tile. The Front Counter is built using high quality top with silver lining.

The work includes replacing floor tiles, elevators, light fitting, wooden doors and kitchen with new layout for parking space includes car shades… This Project holds works related to total renovation of three buildings in Bin Mahmoud, after demolishing the weaker sections of the building. The works include replacing floor tiles, elevators, light fitting, wooden doors and Kitchen with new layout for parking space includes car shades, Kitchen cabinets, sanitary wares, floor and wall tiles of kitchen and toilets. Providing new water supply and drainage systems, electrical works, light fittings, fire alarm system, car parking facilities, supply & installation of suspended ceiling system with Cornish in the internal corridors, painting, wooden doors & kitchen, steel doors etc.
